So the SNP have been in "power" for a little less than a month so far. Whether or not you're glad about that will depend on your point of view, but three things are clear. First, their tactics are, sensibly, to use their Ministerial powers to make changes without coming to Parliament, where possible. Second, it's definitely not business as usual. The SNP have been in opposition since the party's foundation, and they've got a lot they want to get done. Finally, Parliament will inevitably be more important, whatever the First Minister says. Campaign Team is now semi-live, and nearly ready to start doing pilots. The next task is to get this website up and running properly.
