Conventional training is often frustrating and ineffective. We don't believe that getting the whole organisation to sit around and do flip-charts in groups is the best way to do media training, and that goes double when every participant is from a different organisation.

 Campaign Team delivers "training by doing", only ever with a single organisation, and only by delivering elements of that organisation's actual communications needs, working on placement initially, then gradually stepping back as the confidence and knowledge of key staff and volunteers grows.
